CERTIFIED CONSULTANT FOR CANNABIS-BASED MEDICINES
In April 2023, I completed my training as a medical consultant at the "Arbeitsgemeinschaft Cannabis als Medizin e.V." under the leadership of Professor Dr. Kirsten Müller-Vahl and Dr. med. Franjo Grotenhermen. The ACM is the regional organization representing the German-speaking countries within the IACM (International Association for Cannabis as Medicine).

In my previous life, I was a retail salesman, a non-commissioned officer in the German army, an employed manager in retail and gastronomy, an independent entrepreneur and an event caterer. After a serious accident, I suddenly found myself in a wheelchair and in pain. With an iron will, I fought my way back from the wheelchair to my feet, because "Giving up is not an option"!

My personal interest in cannabis, the state of research and the latest medical findings arose from my search for doctors who actively use cannabis. Even though I'm far from healthy and am absent from time to time for health reasons, I'm able to understand and empathize with patients' concerns.
